公益財団法人日韓文化交流基金は、外務省が推進するＪＥＮＥＳＹＳ（対日理解促進交流プログラム）の一環として、毎年、韓国側事務局である大韓民国教育部国立国際教育院と共に、日韓両国の大学生を対象とした相互派遣を行っていますが、今年度は２０２７年３月に６泊７日の日程で大学生訪韓団（第１～２団）を実施することとなりました。

日本人理工系大学生のための「欧州企業インターンシップ」事業
ヴルカヌス・イン・ヨーロッパ　Vulcanus in Europe （VinE）

「ヴルカヌス・イン・ヨーロッパ（Vulcanus In Europe）」は、日本の理工系大学生・大学院生（※）を欧州へ派遣し、語学研修と欧州企業におけるインターンシップの機会を与え、グローバルに活躍できる理系人材を育成することを目指した日本政府補助金事業です。1996年に開始、現在までの修了生は500名を超え、欧州での貴重なインターンシップ経験を通じて得た視野と能力を活かして、産官学のさまざまな分野で活躍しています。

現地語学研修 および 在EU企業でのインターンシップからなる、給付型奨学金つきプログラムです。語学研修中の授業料等およびホームステイ代は当センターにて負担しています。

※応募時からプログラム修了時まで、日本国籍保持かつ日本の大学に在籍する理工系学生であることが参加条件です。

We are pleased to announce our Summer French Language Program 2026, organized by the University Language Center (SUL), and open to students from our partner universities.

This program offers intensive French language courses combined with a dynamic and immersive learning environment in the heart of Provence. It is designed to strengthen students’ language skills while allowing them to experience French culture in an international academic setting.

Program Sessions (2 weeks each, 40 hours of instruction):
• Session 1: June 1 - June 12, 2026
• Session 2: June 15 - June 26, 2026
• Session 3: June 29 - July 10, 2026
• Session 4: August 25 - September 4, 2026

Applications remain open until 14 days before the start of each session.

Program Fee: €500 per session (special discounted rate for students from partner universities; regular fee: €550)

本プログラムは日韓友好協会と淑明女子大学で特別開講する短期留学コースです。
授業は韓国人講師による質の高い韓国語授業、多様な韓国文化体験や淑明女子大学に通う韓国人学生との交流など内容充実のプログラムです。
研修は午前から午後までみっちり行われるので韓国語の実力を短期間で伸ばすことが出来ます。
淑明女子大学は120年の長い歴史を誇る伝統ある女子大学として有名でソウル駅や明洞、梨泰院に近く便利な立地に学校があります。また、淑明女子大学が提供する学生寮に滞在することも出来ます。

研修内容 ：
＊語学力に応じたクラスを編成して授業を進行します(日本で事前にクラス分け試験)。

Seoul International Summer School II (SISS II) 2026 takes place from August 5 to 21, 2026, in Seoul, South Korea.
While SISS I is a four-week program offering two academic tracks, SISS II features special lectures on contemporary Korean topics alongside structured Korean language courses.

We are delighted to invite your talented students to participate in the 2026 International Internship Pilot Program (IIPP). Sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) of Taiwan, this prestigious initiative is designed to attract global research talent to engage in Taiwan’s cutting-edge academic environment.

As one of Taiwan’s premier research universities, NTHU offers a vibrant intellectual community where international interns can collaborate with our distinguished faculty on advanced research projects while experiencing the rich cultural heritage of Taiwan.

Program Overview
• Objective: To provide international students with hands-on research experience and the opportunity to explore future academic or professional careers in Taiwan.
• Host Institution: Interns will be hosted by NTHU faculty members (Principal Investigators) in laboratories aligned with their research interests.
• Duration: The internship period is flexible, ranging from 28 to 90 days.
• Internship Window: Internships may take place between June 2026 and February 2027.

Financial Support
We are pleased to offer a generous subsidy to support interns during their stay:
• Living Allowance: NTD 1,000 per day (approximately NTD 30,000 per month), provided tax-free for the duration of the internship (up to 90 days).

Eligibility
• Applicants must be foreign nationals currently enrolled in an overseas university (Undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD).
• Note: Students holding passports from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau are not eligible for this specific program.

＜プログラム概要＞

「MCPプログラム」は関西大学グローバル教育イノベーション推進機構（IIGE）が提供するプログラムで、これまでのJapan Virtual Campus および本プロジェクトに賛同し参加する国内外の複数の大学機関が共同で遂行するCOILプログラム*であり、大学機関の域を越境し国内外の教員と学生が相互参加する、多方向・多国間 COIL/Virtual Exchange型オンライン教育プロジェクトである「J-MCP（Japan Multilateral COIL/VE Project）」と、2023年度より新たに発足した JIGE事業（Japan Hub for Innovative Global Education）でのプログラム名称を統合して実施することとなりました。

（*Collaborative Online International Learning(COIL)とは、ニューヨーク州立大学(SUNY)COILセンターによって開発された、ICT用いてバーチャルに海外の教育機関のクラスと協働学習を行う活動です。国内外の大学の科目間で共同シラバスを開発するなどといったプロセスを通して、各大学教員やスタッフが互いに協力したり、両国の学生が共通の課題に取り組むためにチームを形成しプロジェクト型の学習を行うといった取り組みが行われます。COILはVEの多様な活動タイプの一つとして位置付けられています。）

北海道大学はJ-MCP連携大学として提携しており、今回ご案内する「MCP 2026 Summer Program」において、下記のとおり参加学生を募集いたします。 なお、2022年度からは本学の教員も講義担当講師として参加しており、履修者は本学の専門横断科目「海外留学」２単位を取得することができ、また、新渡戸カレッジカリキュラムにおける「海外留学」１単位を取得することもできます。

今回のプログラムは、世界的に知られるJ-POP文化をテーマとして開催され、日本および海外の大学が共同で実施するオンライン型の国際協働学習（COIL/VE）であり、世界中の学生とのグループプロジェクトを含む全10回のプログラムとなっております。

例年同様に、北海道大学の国際交流課を通しての申込みとなり、本学からの申込み定員は５名であるため、先着５名の学生（学部または修士課程）について参加費無料で申込みを受付けいたします。

The deeply cosmopolitan atmosphere of Germany's oldest university provides people from around the world with a welcoming and stimulating environment for expanding their interest in German language and culture.

Participants in the 2026 International Summer School for German Language and Culture can look forward to a varied program under the general theme “Germany Between European Responsibility and Global Challenges”:
Core language classes are held in the morning; in the afternoon, participants can take part in a variety of complimentary classes related to their course level. Additionally, there will be workshops, lectures and a variety of cultural and social events. German students suggest additional spare time activities.

The International Summer School offers three different language courses, each with its own diverse set of challenges. Verbal communication will be the focus in the courses I and III.
Class size for all courses is about 14 - 16.
Additional diplomas are issued to those who pass a written examination. The diploma is equivalent to 4 credit points of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

Registration for the 2026 International Summer School is now open.
Participants must be - at the start of the course - 18 years or older.

JICEでは、2025年8月に開催されたTICAD9を契機に、外務省が推進する国際交流事業「日本アフリカ相互理解促進交流プログラム『 Japan-Africa Youth Program 』」を実施します。
本事業の「短期派遣プログラム」の一環として、日本の大学生・大学院生を約10日間、エジプト・エチオピア・ルワンダ・セネガル・ザンビアの5か国へ派遣します。
アフリカの“今”に触れ、現地での交流や体験を通じて得た学びを自身の成長につなげたい方、また、現地の人々に日本を知ってもらいたい、日本を紹介したいという思いをお持ちの方のご応募をお待ちしております。

本プログラムは、2026年8月～9月に実施予定であり、将来の活躍が期待される日本の青少年（35歳以下の大学生・大学院生）を対象に、アフリカ5か国（エジプト・エチオピア・ルワンダ・セネガル・ザンビア）のいずれか1か国へ12日間派遣するものです。

This program offers an immersive and interdisciplinary learning experience, integrating academic lectures with hands-on activities and field visits.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Explore Taiwan’s rich Indigenous cultures and traditions
• Learn about community-based sustainable development
• Engage in innovative tourism practices and real-world case studies
• Participate in experiential cultural and ecological activities
• Develop cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills

Through this program, students will gain valuable insights into sustainability while experiencing the unique cultural and natural environment of eastern Taiwan.
