Good day! Greetings from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), Taipei.

In order to smooth out the imbalance rate of exchange, we would like to offer your students Chinese language courses provided by NTNU Mandarin Training Center (MTC) without tuition.
If there are students interested in learning Chinese this summer, they are very welcome to join 2026 NTNU Summer Exchange Program.

2026 NTNU Summer Exchange Program (Chinese Language Program)
► Qualification: Currently-enrolled students nominated by home university
　※We will instruct nominees the method of application after receiving the nomination form.
► Quota: 2 students
► Nomination Deadline: 23:59, April 30th, 2026 (Taiwan time, GMT+8)

► Program Type:

 Summer Program (2-months)
 Class Period: July 7th to August 27th, 2026
 On-site Registration: July 7th
 Teaching Method: in-person

 Express Program (3-weeks)
 Class Period: August 10th to 28th, 2026
 On-site Registration: August 10th
 Teaching Method: in-person

► Expenses:
 Tuition Fee: NT$3,9000 waived!!
 Registration Fee: NT$1,000
 Textbook Fee: approx. NT$2,000
 Others (e.g. meals, transportations): at participants’ own cost

► Housing (optional)*:
 Type: 4-person room, on-campus dormitory
 Housing Fee: NT$ 11,000 (per person per term)(applicable for either “Summer Program” or “Express Program”)
 Move-in Day: from June 15th, 2026, 09:00~17:00 daily
 Move-out Day: no later than 11:00am, August 21st, 2026

Note: According Dormitory Office’s arrangement, the dormitory rooms are only available until 11:00a on August 21st, which is one week before the program ends.
So participants will have to look for off-campus housing by themselves during the August 21st to 28th. (e.g. AirBnB, hotel, hostel…etc.)

* NOTES
1. All the applicants should be nominated by home universities, any individual application will not be accepted.
2. MTC coordinators will try their best to arrange participants to the appropriate level. But please note the participants may or may not be placed in the most appropriate class or their ideal class time, depends on the offered classes and their capacities.
3. Our Office reserves the right of final interpretation for this program.
