博士海外研究　（ラ・リオハ大学との化学生物学協働コース）

ラーニングサテライト向けの大学院講義として北海道大学において
・（Special Lecture 1）Glycoscience
・（Special Seminar 2）Chemical Biology of Glycoconjugates
をそれぞれシラバスに登録し、2023年9月にラリオハ大学においてそれぞれ実施することとした。
また、参加学生は事前に訪問先研究者と連絡を取り、自己紹介と研究紹介などを経て参加プログラムの詳細を決定した。

実施プログラムは以下の通り

セッション１の最後には本ラーニングサテライト参加学生の学習を促すと共に、他の参加者との相互理解を深めるため、参加学生がショートトークを行った。
また、セッション２と３の間には実施場所となった“Campo Viejo”にて、ワインを製造する過程とその取扱いに関する見学会が実施され、ラリオハ州の糖質資源であるブドウを活用し欧州最大の生産規模を誇るラリオハワインの製造法を学んだ。

9月8日（2日目）Cutural Lecture：スペイン語発祥の地San Millanにて以下のプログラムを実施した

以上のプログラムを経て、スペインと日本の「糖質の科学」および文化的背景の類似性と違いについて学習した。

（Special Seminar 2）Chemical Biology of Glycoconjugatesは9月11日～28日の間にFayna Garcia－Martin教授の研究室で複合糖質合成とその分離精製、構造解析法について実地学習を行った。
